A true friend of all wrapped in milk chocolate, caramel and hazelnuts.
More information
Bota Fora has been in the same family for over 100 years. Since Francisco Teóphilo Reis Neto bought the land and the farm in 1900, ownership has passed to four generations of the family. The current owner and manager, Maria de Fátima Silva Marques da Fonseca, is the last in the family to look after the land. Bota Fora has five permanent employees who have worked on the site for the past twenty years. After picking, the cherries pass through color sorting machines to separate the ripe cherries from the stunted ones. The cherries are sorted by quality and loaded into the depulping machine. Once removed from their pulp, the coffee beans are placed to dry on a cement drying patio. Here they are dried to an ideal moisture content of 12%. In this way, the highest quality of this coffee is guaranteed.
Brazil Bota Fora gives you a kick but still allows you to function in the morning. A beautiful mouth feel, light and fragrant ( light here meaning after taste) It's my second order which = win/win!
Ik hou van deze koffie. Het is net zoals de koffie die ik gedronken heb in Rio de Janeiro. Tot nu toe is deze Braziliaanse koffie onze favoriet maar ik moet ook nog de Ethiopië proberen ;)
