These beans are grown in the Ethiopian Sidamo region. This region is often considered the birthplace of coffee. Grown at altitudes between 1470-1800m above sea level. While these immense heights slow down production, slower growth allows the beans to absorb more nutrients from the soil and develop a more complex flavor profile. With this coffee you will experience a medium body with a fresh, clear finish.
